Emailed the company at the email [XXX] on July 30, 2025 and never received a response. Responded back following up on August 11, 2025. Called the number and it led a recording stating to fill out the form, so I went through other options and got ahold of a customer support representative that found my case then stated to email [XXX] which I did on August 12, 2025. On August 13, 2025, I received what appeared to be an automated or generated email telling me to email the original email address. I responded back stating I did this and see attached emails showing this with no response. On August 18, 2025 I was asked to provide copies of the serial number and purchase invoices which I did. On August 19, 2025 I was told to discuss with the reseller. I had already talked to the reseller, who is based in the Netherlands, and they had informed me this was between Dainese/AGV USA and the US government and it's up to the manufacturer. I responded to the Dainese representative on that day stating this along with attaching the notice of this recall [XXX] ). I heard nothing back and on August 19, 2025 I responded back asking again what I need to do to get this remedied with no response. I sent a follow up again on August 28, 2025 asking again. Recall was filed with NHSTA in April 2025. I was not notified until July 2025. Following the AGV (Dainese-parent company) recall notice, the company has failed to: 1) Provide clear information needed to determine if the helmet is one of the defective helmets 2) Provide a “return kit” to include a box, packing material and shipping label 3) Provide a response to my concern that I will be without a helmet while mine is being shipped 4) Provide a replacement helmet 5) Respond to multiple emails in a timely manner 6) Provide working phone numbers to reach customer service The notice I received is not the same as the remedy letter sent to the NHTSA.

I received an email from Dianese that there is a recall on my helmet. I have tried to reach them, as stated in the email, via email and phone with no response from my emails, and there is a recording on the phone number given that just says fill out a contact form on the website, which I have without a response. So it appears as though they are acknowledging the issue and conducting a recall, but then ignoring the customer and not responding.
